Dawn is remarkable, and is a much-loved part of our global team​I I have not worked with a designer with her level of creativity and professionalism. It can be tricky sometimes to collaborate with people on the other side of the world. Odd hours, long trails of messages, and vague emails. But Dawn's skill as a communicator overcomes all of that. It makes it feel like I have her in the room next to me.

Because of her experience and the way she truly listens to people - she requires almost no direction. A consummate pro. It also gives her the ability to pre-empt what we're thinking ahead of time. It's like you're creating jazz with a world-class musician, or the synergy that happens when great sports teams innately understand each other.
We've created merchandise ranges together with global sports stars, backpacks for young girls, and company swag - it's limitless what she can do. She will always be my go - to designer.
I recommend Dawn to anybody, or any company wanting to create audacious and memorable work. And I recommend her as a human being. She's a long-term thinker and makes this sometimes challenging work a joy to undertake.
