CozyPhones
CozyPhones are comfortable, adjustable, headband headphones invented by Paul Miller.
Paul brought Kiddithinks Design Studio in to help break into the licensed character market. Dawn’s attractive pitch deck presentations and licensed character designs helped win CozyPhones multiple licensing deals, hugely expanding their business.
Projectwork included:
*Pitch decks for multiple major licensors resulting in successful deals.
*Licensed character plush headband designs for JoJo Swia, Batman, Paw Patrol, Angry Birds, Sesame Street, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and several others still to come.
* Plush headband designs for CozyPhones originals including best sellers Unicorn and Pink Kitty.
*Liased with licensors and managed the approval process.
*Designed packaging for licensed and generic products
*Creative direction and merchandising for expanded product line.
Princess Ella and Princess Lily
Princess Ella was a character created exclusively for Dunnes Stores which ran for a few seasons. Initially a naive style of artwork, the buyer wanted to go in a different direction and Dawn updated the character and creative extensive artwork for an expanded line as well as apparel, product, decor and toy design.
Primark loved the artwork so much they wanted their own version so Dawn created a new Princess - Lily.
Projectwork included:
*Character illustration and development for Ella, Lily their friends and animals.
*Garment, graphics and textile design for girl’s nightwear.
*Princess Ella and Lily product design for bags and luggage, stationery, bedding and decor.
*Plush toy design for Ella, Ruby, Lily and their pets
*Logo design for Princess Lily and Princess Ella brands.

Sambro is UK based, award winning, global supplier of licensed merchandise. Wanting to expand their softlines division, Kiddithinks designed children’s and tween’s licensed bags and accessories including an extensive, successful, Disney license pitch.

This collection of babywear is typical of a design project working with an individual or start-up with no experience and needing guidance with design, creative direction and branding.

My Private Pocket
My Private Pocket kid’s underwear with secret storage for spare undies and medical supplies, was invented by entrepreneur Teresa Caputo to address incontinence problems experienced by her daughter Bella who has spina bifida. Kiddithinks worked closely with the Mother and daughter team on various design projects, brainstorming ideas and problem solving design challenges with Teresa as they arose.
Projectwork included:
*Repeat textile designs for girls, boys and tweens.
*Packaging design for girls, boys and tweens.
*Character development of ‘the brand character Secret Fox’.
*Logos and branding.

Yeah? Says Who?
Philanthropist Carol Suchman employed Dawn to illustrate a series of children’s books promoting self esteem and diversity whilst breaking down gender stereotypes.
To date, Dawn has illustrated four Yeah? Says Who? books incorporating children of varied nationalities, abilities, faith and gender. E versions of all books are available for free download here.
Since 2020 Dawn has illustrated the following children’s books by Carol Suchman.

Dawn has been working with founder Farzana Rahman on the range of plush dolls for several years and is continuing to add regular updates.

GLobal Design Concepts are a design studio and kid’s licensed bag manufacturer supplying major retailers such as Target, Walmart, K-Mart, Kohls, Macys and Toys ‘R’ Us. before its takeover by Bioworld, Dawn regularly worked on creative direction, special design projects and trend direction for the companyvarious theatrical license pitches for Disney and Nickelodeon.
